Shipping, Delivery & Returns

For security reasons, FUR YARN by Paula Lishman online purchases may be shipped only to addresses registered with your credit card issuer. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
Currently we offer only UPS shipping to American customers. All fur yarn shipments are subject to inspection by American Fish and Wildlife officials before crossing the border and may delay the shipmment based on their workload. The Fish and Wildlife inspection charge is included in the flat rate shipping fee. We are in the process of establishing more shipping options, as order volumes increase we will be able to offer consolidated shipping through the US Postal Service for reduced shipping charges.
Canadian and international orders outside of the US can be shipped via Canada post or UPS.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. FUR YARN by Paula Lishman cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Returns
FUR YARN by Paula Lishman wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For FUR by Paula Lishman online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee will be applied.
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and send an email notification once the return has been processed.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to furyarn@furyarn.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
